Francesco manages the operational side, builds the processes, oversees the contracts. Responsibility is not delegated.
Carlo Ciciriello
Carlo Ciciriello brings to the site over forty years of experience in Milan's construction landscape: he sees what no design process can anticipate.
Today Carlo is the Site Technical Director of Renewall. He works alongside Francesco to ensure that every site delivers the result the client had in mind.
Riccardo Ciciriello
An architect trained at the Politecnico di Milano, Riccardo is Renewall's technical reference. He manages building permits, coordinates quality control, and ensures every construction site is compliant from the first day to the last. In a sector where bureaucratic delays slow projects down more often than technical ones, his role makes a tangible difference on the ground.
