Certified management systems

For those commissioning a project, this means documented processes, verifiable through periodic external audits and consistent with the way Renewall operates: direct execution, concentrated technical responsibility.

What this means for those commissioning a project

Every operational phase follows written procedures, not informal practice. This applies to works planning, non-conformity management and supplier relations. Whoever commissions a project can ask how a specific step works and receive a documented answer.

The system is reviewed by external auditors on a periodic basis. This is not a one-off assessment: certification remains valid only if the conditions that determined it continue to be met. In the event of suspension or withdrawal, use of the certification logos ceases immediately.

Site safety is managed as an integral part of the operating system. Hazard identification, risk assessment, preventive measures: everything is formalised, kept current and verifiable. It is not separate from site management; it is the same structure that governs direct execution.

Continuous improvement is not a formula: it is a requirement of the standard. Each audit cycle produces data to act upon; the system does not settle at a minimum threshold but is required to evolve. For the client, this translates into a site that improves its capacity to deliver on what it has promised.

ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications do not exhaust their value in a document: they structure the way each site is managed, from process planning to safety oversight, with verifiable steps at every stage. This system takes shape on the ground through the role of general contractor with direct execution, where technical and operational responsibility converge in a single structure.

Frequently asked questions

It guarantees that the quality and occupational health and safety management systems have been assessed by an accredited external body and recognised as conforming to the requirements of the respective standards. This is not a certification of the finished product or of materials: it concerns the processes by which the project is planned, conducted and controlled. For the client, it means being able to verify the existence of defined procedures, rather than relying solely on declared reputation.

The scope is defined in the certificate and corresponds to the literal scope approved by Scandinavian Certification AS. Every public communication by Renewall states the scope exactly as it appears in the certificate; no extension to sectors or activities outside the certified scope.

Through periodic audits conducted by auditors from Scandinavian Certification AS, a body accredited by Norsk Akkreditering. Audits verify that the management system continues to meet normative requirements; findings feed into the continuous improvement cycle required by both standards. Frequency and modalities are defined by the certification body's surveillance plan.

The certification body may suspend or withdraw certification. In that case, use of the Scandinavian Certification AS and Norsk Akkreditering logos ceases immediately and public communications are updated accordingly. This mechanism is part of the system, not an exception: it is what makes certification a tool that is verifiable over time and not merely a document issued once.
