The Renewall™ Method is a 7-phase journey that allows us to prevent problems, respect the timelines written into the contract and deliver a result that matches the design in every detail. Every site is managed by a dedicated project manager, under the direct supervision of the Ciciriello family.
Listening and in-depth technical inspection
Every intervention begins with an accurate site inspection, during which we analyze the property's condition, building access and the client's real needs. When present, we involve the designer from the start, so as to align vision and execution.
Critical analysis and photographic documentation
We don't just observe spaces: we study them. We identify technical critical issues, possible executive complexities and all conditions that can affect timelines, costs and feasibility. We document everything with photographs and technical notes, to reduce unforeseen events during operations.
Clear specifications and reliable estimate
If the designer hasn't already drafted specifications, we create them. On this basis we integrate all items related to identified critical issues, so as to provide a complete and realistic estimate. Our average deviation is below 6%: the price agreed in the lump-sum contract is the price the client pays.
Constant coordination with designer and client
We regularly update designer and client on progress, changes and critical issues. Proposed solutions always respect the architect's stylistic choices: the project remains faithful to the client's vision. Communication is continuous and transparent.
Organized and controlled bespoke worksite
We collect and verify building regulations in advance to respect schedules, access and internal rules. Every site has a dedicated project manager who coordinates specialist craftsmen under the direct supervision of the Ciciriello family. We keep the site orderly, safe and monitored. For complex projects or clients managing the site from abroad, we produce weekly reports with:
- activities completed,
- activities scheduled,
- any difficulties encountered,
- proposed solutions.
Quality control and accurate delivery
Delivery is not a formal moment: it's a process. We verify all work, correct any defects and check that every detail matches the approved design. Delivery happens when the result is what was agreed. Not before.
Post-completion assistance and ongoing relationship
We don't walk away at the end of construction. We perform post-delivery reviews and remain available even years later for technical support, minor maintenance or inspections. The relationship doesn't end, it strengthens.
