Renovation of prestigious apartments and villas in Milan
Your vision, delivered with the care of a team that handles every detail on site. Written commitments, delay penalties; apartments, villas and historic luxury residences in Milan.
We deliver homes where the result corresponds exactly to what the client had in mind. We work with owners and designers on apartments, villas, farmhouses, and historic residences: the quality of execution, measured against alignments rather than brochures, is what distinguishes a good renovation from one that lasts.
The value of excellence
A prestigious residence is not defined by the size of the property, but by the quality of the process behind it. Prestige lies in installation precision, site management, the care with which every task is executed, and the ability to coordinate professionals, suppliers, and installers so that the result matches the design exactly. We call it construction tailoring: every project is one of a kind.
Whether it is a city apartment, a villa, or a historic residence, the method does not change: phases are planned before the site opens, commitments are written into the contract, and details are verified as the work progresses.

What we deliver
Complete renovations
We manage the entire site: demolition, reconstruction, building systems and finishes, through to final integrations. Each phase is organised to respect the project's timelines and standards.
Bespoke finishes and precision details
High-quality finishes and precision execution. Every detail is in the hands of specialist tradespeople who have worked with Renewall® for years: alignment accuracy, installation quality, and results that stand the test of time.
Turnkey solutions
We coordinate every aspect of the project from start to finish: design, execution, procurement, and final delivery. The client benefits from a single point of contact throughout the entire process.
Collaboration with architects and designers
We work alongside design studios, faithfully respecting details, materials, and layouts. The client has a contractor that knows the project in depth and answers for every deviation.
Who the service is for
- Owners who wish to completely transform their home.
- Urban apartments, even compact ones, that require a high level of execution care.
- Villas, detached houses, and second homes to be renewed with contemporary standards.
- Farmhouses and historic residences requiring specific technical interventions.
- Design professionals seeking a solid execution partner for complex projects.
How we work
The vision is yours. The method is ours. Each project begins with a direct dialogue and a careful analysis of the property.
Initial assessment
We meet with the client and analyze spaces, requirements, and design intent, identifying critical issues and solutions.
Operational planning
We define phases, materials, priorities, and execution methods, coordinating teams and suppliers.
Orderly and controlled site
We operate with clear procedures, continuous checks, and a dedicated project manager for your site. Direct supervision under the Ciciriello family ensures that every phase matches exactly what was agreed.
Careful delivery
Every detail is refined and verified. Delivery happens when the result matches what you had envisioned. Not before.
Mini FAQ High-End Residences
The difference is not aesthetic: it is executive. A high-end renovation demands millimetre tolerances - not centimetre - on alignments, planes and finishes. It requires technical materials, not merely beautiful ones, and a site management approach that protects finishes at every stage. It also means concealed systems engineered before the walls go up, not retrofitted afterwards.
In practice: the same apartment, renovated to ordinary standards or to luxury standards, produces radically different results over the years. Quality is measured by how long it lasts and by how invisible the things that should not be seen remain.
It depends on the floor area, the condition of the property and the complexity of the systems: a 100 sqm apartment with a full intervention requires different timeframes from a penthouse with structural modifications and specialist installations. No figure is meaningful without context.
What we can offer is a schedule written into the contract, with binding dates and the responsibility to meet them: the estimate becomes a verifiable commitment. The preliminary feasibility study defines a realistic timeline before the site opens. In the last 12 months, none of our sites has recorded a delay against the agreed delivery date.
Quality concerns the process, not the square metres. We have worked on two-room apartments of 55 sqm with high-end finishes, as well as on penthouses of 400 sqm with complex systems. In both cases the executive standard is identical: same method, same contractual guarantees, same insurance coverage.
The criterion that guides project selection is not the floor area but the complexity and ambition of the intervention. A compact space can demand more precision than a large apartment with straightforward work.
The architect retains full artistic and design direction. Renewall receives the executive project, reviews the bill of quantities if provided by the designer or prepares its own, aimed at the most accurate estimate possible, and formalises the lump-sum contract. From that point, any variation from the project requires the designer's explicit authorisation: no unilateral changes.
The process includes periodic review meetings with the design studio to ensure executive fidelity at every stage. Studios we collaborate with on a regular basis include: Erker Studio, All Out Lab, Bello Dias. The vision remains your designer's. Our job is to deliver it exactly as drawn.
Selection takes place in collaboration with the designer and the client. Before execution, we produce samples to validate the chosen materials; where supplies are managed directly by Renewall, we present samples of the installable materials for the client's confirmation. This limits variations during the works.
We manage the logistics of technical supplies with long lead times, integrating them into the contractual schedule. A premium material installed out of sequence or under unsuitable conditions loses its value: installation quality is an integral part of the quality of the result. The photographs in the portfolio document real completed works, with no digital retouching.
Yes. A significant part of our work takes place in buildings subject to Soprintendenza constraints (the Italian heritage authority) or strict condominium regulations: protected facades, monumental staircases, internal courtyards, decorative elements that cannot be altered. We manage the regulatory process in its entirety: relations with the competent authorities, permits, technical documentation, as part of the general contractor service.
Since 1983 our family history has been built in historic Milanese buildings, with the capability to coordinate specialist tradespeople and handle the complexities that this type of intervention entails: sourcing original materials, integrating with existing structures, complying with regulatory and architectural constraints.
Let’s discuss your project
Every project starts with a direct discussion. We analyze spaces, design, and requirements together to see if there is room in our schedule.
