Every site has a dedicated project manager under the family's direct oversight.

Residence, commercial space or value-enhancement operation: Renewall® works as a general contractor in direct execution. We coordinate the entire construction chain with our own teams and selected suppliers, without intermediaries between the signed design and its delivery.

A project manager follows the site through every phase, assigned exclusively to that project. Direct supervision by the Ciciriello family ensures the result corresponds to the design.
The vision is yours. The method is ours.
If the project comes from your architect, we build it keeping the design intact through to handover, and creative direction stays with whoever signed it. If the project does not exist yet, we put it together within the same contract, from the interiors to the furnishings, with the architectural design signed by a qualified professional. In both cases every site decision answers to the project, without autonomous interpretations.
Every commitment is written
Lump-sum contract with binding schedule and five million euro insurance coverage: every commitment we make is verifiable in writing, on paper.
