Through tools such as Google Analytics 4, configured in compatible mode.

- LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company – LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Form service provider (not yet identified; the Policy will be updated when defined)
These parties act on the basis of contractual agreements and documented instructions.
6. Data transfer to non-EU countries
Some services used (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Vercel) may involve data transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area, particularly the United States.
The Controller adopts the guarantees provided by GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and additional technical measures where required.

7. Data retention period
Data sent via contact form: retained for up to 36 months for request management and preliminary project evaluations.
Administrative and tax data: retained for 10 years, according to legal obligations.
Data collected through cookies: according to the times indicated in the cookie banner and Cookie Policy.
Navigation data for personalized assistance: retained for 30 days from receipt of contact, then automatically deleted.
