From apartment to B&B: layout, systems, and finishes
Near Casa degli Artisti, the project delivered the conversion of an apartment into a B&B, through targeted demolition of existing partitions and the construction of new drywall walls.
The intervention included the complete renewal of electrical and plumbing systems, the installation of wall and floor coverings, and the full refurbishment of the bathroom.
The final phase introduced LED cornices, integrating lighting and architectural detailing into a clean, functional result.
