A Milan residence where tradition meets contemporary excellence

High-end renovation with historic enhancement

Comprehensive renovation of a Milan residence near the Arco di Porta Romana, acknowledged by Architecture Digest Italia as one of the 21 most beautiful homes in the city. The project skillfully married the restoration of original cement tiles with the creation of new arches, wall boiseries, and ceiling moldings, blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary finishes.

Key design features include the installation of a salvaged marble fireplace, oak parquet flooring with border and inlay, and the complete reimagining of two luxury bathrooms, preserving a refined balance between historic character and modern comfort. Every detail was selected and executed with bespoke precision to uphold the architectural integrity of the space.

The outcome is a distinctive living environment in which the dialogue between heritage and modernity results in an elegant, emotionally resonant and highly functional home.
