Villa Lambrate

Villa Lambrate

Full renovation of a three-storey private residence with garden, Milan

Three levels, one vision

Lambrate, a neighbourhood redefining itself at the edge of central Milan. A three-storey private residence — basement, ground floor, first floor — with private garden, presented an interior layout no longer suited to contemporary living and exhausted technical systems. The owners sought not merely a renovation, but a complete reimagining of their domestic space. Renewall led a full-scope intervention: every internal partition was reconsidered, all systems rebuilt from scratch, all surfaces brought to a new state. Across 200 sqm on three levels, every construction decision — from the ventilated sub-floor system to the radiant underfloor heating — was made with long-term comfort and durability in mind.

A three-storey residence with exhausted systems, an interior layout requiring complete rethinking, and a basement with structural damp issues. Complex works to be coordinated simultaneously across multiple levels within a dense urban context.

A full-scope intervention: selective demolition, redesign of all internal partitions, complete replacement of electrical, plumbing, heating and HVAC systems. In the basement, a ventilated sub-floor with igloo modules provided a definitive resolution to the structural damp. Radiant underfloor heating was extended across the entire living area. Four bathrooms fully built from scratch.

A residence fully renewed in structure, systems and finishes — built to last. The interior spaces, redistributed according to a new domestic logic, express coherent continuity across all three levels. In the basement, comfort has been substantially improved.
