Private Residence – Residential Restyling
A light intervention to refresh living spaces
Essential interior renewal
Light renovation of an 80 sqm private residence in Milan, focused on finishing upgrades and the overall visual improvement of the interiors. A measured, coherent intervention designed to refresh the space without altering its original layout.
The design, led by Arch. Elsen Lupic, worked with calibrated chromatic accents to give each room its own character: an orange-finished niche in the linear kitchen, a blue mosaic in the shower area, textiles and accessories that introduce colour without overwhelming the space. The kitchen was resolved with a two-tone linear layout, white upper doors and dark bases, optimising the available space while maintaining a clean visual language.
In the living area, a sliding glass door separates the spaces while preserving visual continuity and natural light, while niche shelving units integrate storage into the wall without bulk. The bathroom combines a glass shower enclosure, mosaic tiling and a compact vanity unit.
A project that demonstrates how the targeted renewal of finishes, colours and furnishings can transform the perception of a living space, even in the absence of structural works.
