Architectural renewal with advanced logistics
Complete renovation of a hillside villa in a semi-abandoned condition, located in Blevio overlooking Lake Como. The project involved the full recovery of the existing building and the construction of a new external steel structure supporting two stacked terraces on different levels, designed to enhance the lake view.
Due to the elevated position and limited access, the site required advanced logistical planning, including the use of specialized machinery and helicopter transport for selected supplies. All phases were carefully coordinated to ensure safety, precision, and execution control under non-standard site conditions.
The result is a fully renewed residence where architecture, structure, and landscape interact seamlessly, restoring value and functionality to a highly compromised property.
